Our standard delivery for custom outfits is 15 days from the date measurements are confirmed. For complex bridal pieces, we recommend a 21–30 day timeline to ensure every detail is perfect. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability.

Yes. We offer complimentary minor alterations within 7 days of delivery to ensure your outfit fits you perfectly. We stand behind our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Yes, we welcome clients to our Lucknow studio for consultations, fittings, and fabric selection. We recommend booking an appointment via WhatsApp to ensure dedicated time with our designer.
We require a 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation to begin production. The remaining amount is due before dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and all major cards.
